Berta Sichel, the Artistic Director of the First International Art Biennial in Cartagena de Indias is an independent curator working internationally. Her experience with Biennials started in Brazil, at the São Paulo International Biennial, and later as one of the curators of Aperto-93 at the Venice Biennial. Ms. Sichel will be consulting with an international group of curators. [+]

Natalia Bonilla has a degree in Fine Arts from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, a Masters in Cultural Project Management from the Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris III, and a specialization in Fundraising from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University. [+]
Barbara Krulik is a consultant serving inter- and multidisciplinary artists and companies in production, management and distribution of their work. She specializes in performance art and site specific art having gained her experience as Managing Director of Dansmakers Amsterdam, a production house and workplace for research and development of contemporary experimental dance by emerging choreographers and as Managing Director of theater collective Aardlek, which specializes in street arts and site specific theater starting from the realities of public space. Miguel is a Professor, Art Critic and Curator. He is member of the International Association of Art Critics (AICA). He has been Curator at the Museum of Modern Art La Tertulia, Cali since 1985. He has been jury member of the most important events of visual arts in Colombia, such as the National Exhibitions, the Biennials of the Museum of Modern Art of Bogota and the Rabinovich Exhibition of the Museum of Modern Art of Medellin. Bisi Silva is an independent curator and the founder/director of Centre for Contemporary Art, Lagos (CCA, Lagos) which opened in December 2007. She co-curated The Progress of Love, a transcontinental collaboration across three venues in Nigeria and America. (Oct 2012 -Jan2013). She was co-curator of J.D. ‘Okhai Ojeikere: Moments of Beauty, Kiasma, Helsinki ( 2011), as well as the 2nd Thessaloniki Biennale of Contemporary Art, Greece, ‘Praxis:Art in Times of Uncertainty,’ 2009. Stephanie Rosenthal joined the Hayward Gallery as Chief Curator in December 2007, having previously worked at the Haus der Kunst in Munich for more than 10 years, where she was appointed curator for modern and contemporary art in 2000 and curated: Haim Steinbach – North East South West (1999), Aernout Mik – Dispersions (2004) and Allan Kaprow_Art as life (2006), amongst others. Paul Willemsen is a Belgian based curator and writer. He graduated as a film director from the RITS School for Audiovisual and Performing Arts in Brussels. Initially starting out for Flemish Belgian television as a documentary maker on contemporary visual art and cinema he soon switched for writing and curating. [+]

Gabriela Rangel is a Venezuelan writer and curator based in New York. Rangel holds an M.A. in Curatorial Studies from the Center for Curatorial Studies at Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, New York; an M.A. in Media and Communications Studies from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela; and a B.A. in Film Studies from the International Film School at San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. Professional in Literary Studies from Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga. Specialist in Project Management from the University of Oldenburg, Germany (DAAD/MEN- agreement). Diploma in Cultural Management from the Universidad de Cartagena. Currently fullfiling a Master degree in E- Learning and Social Networks at Universidad Internacional de la Rioja –UNIR-, Spain. [+]

Independent producer who is now part of 1st International Biennial of Contemporary Art of Cartagena de Indias as Production Coordinator. She has been involved in several projects of Visual Arts: 41 & 42 National Salon of Artists in Cali 2008 and at the Colombian Caribbean in 2010 respectively. [+]

Adriana Echeverria received her Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Bellas Artes in Cartagena de Indias. She was the ProductionManager for the 42nd National Artists Salon presented by The Ministry of Culture and the Museum of Modern Art of Barranquilla. She was Production Manager of the 13th Regional Salon of Artists from the Caribbean Coast presented by the Ministry of Cultureand the Institute for Culture and Historical Patrimony of Cartagena de Indias.
